Payments

All shop purchases (workshops, classes, books, and digital downloads) must be paid in full by the Client at the time of purchase unless other arrangements have been made. Prices are listed in USD.

Digital Products (eBooks, Downloads, etc.)

Digital purchases are delivered electronically to the email address associated with Client’s account or via an instant download link. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Workshops & Classes

Registration is confirmed once payment is received and finalized once the form has been completed. Cancellations requested at least 7 days prior to the start date may be eligible for a full refund (minus any processing fees). Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date are non-refundable, but you may request to transfer your registration to another available session (if offered). Missed sessions cannot be refunded, but recordings or makeup opportunities may be provided at the facilitator’s discretion. All workshops and classes are conducted strictly online. For any student under the age of 18, a parent, guardian, or responsible adult over the age of 18 must remain on-premises at the student’s physical location and be readily available for the entire duration of the online session.

Books & Physical Products

Physical items (such as books) will be shipped to the address you provide at checkout. Shipping costs, delivery times, and availability will be noted on the product page. Returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue to arrange a replacement or refund. Freeform Workshop will cover return shipping costs for validated damaged or defective items.

Community Standards

Enrollment in workshops or classes includes access to live or online group spaces. All participants are expected to engage respectfully, follow age-appropriate guidelines, and contribute to a safe, inclusive environment. Violation of these standards may result in removal without refund.

Intellectual Property & Material Ownership

All content created by Freeform Workshop, including but not limited to instructional videos, digital download resources, PDF worksheets, graphics, templates, and printed or printable materials (collectively, the “Materials”), are the exclusive intellectual property of Freeform Workshop. When you purchase or download Materials, you are granted a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal or individual educational use only. You may not copy, upload, redistribute, resell, modify, or share these Materials with third parties, schools, or other tutoring services without express written permission. Sharing login credentials or shared folder access to bypass individual licensing is strictly forbidden.

Technical Requirements & Online Setup

All sessions are conducted strictly online. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that the student has the following functional setup prior to the start of any class or session:

• A reliable computer, laptop, or tablet equipped with a working webcam and microphone. Webcams must remain turned on during live instruction to ensure engagement and safety.
• A stable, high-speed internet connection capable of supporting video conferencing software (e.g., Google Meet).
• A quiet, distraction-free physical workspace for the duration of the lesson.
• Freeform Workshop is not responsible for missed session time due to client-side technical difficulties, local internet outages, or equipment failure. Recordings or make-up opportunities may be provided at the facilitator’s discretion.

Private Instruction Policy

• Private instruction fees must be paid in full upfront to secure the scheduled timeslot.
• The Client must provide at least 24 hours’ notice via phone or email to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be charged the full session fee. Emergency exceptions are granted strictly at the instructor’s discretion.
• If a student arrives late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. The full session rate will apply, and no make-up time will be granted.
• The instructor will wait for 15 minutes. If the student does not appear or log online within this window, the session is deemed a “No-Show.” The session will be cancelled, and the Client will be billed for the full session fee.
• All private instruction is conducted strictly online. For any student under the age of 18, a parent, guardian, or responsible adult over the age of 18 must remain on-premises at the student’s physical location for the entire duration of the online session.
• The instructor will provide high-quality instruction, but explicitly does not guarantee specific academic results, grades, test scores, or school admissions.
• Either party may terminate their agreement at any time by providing 7 days’ written notice to the other party. Any pre-paid, unused sessions will be refunded, minus any outstanding fees or late cancellation penalties.

Limitation of Liability

Freeform Workshop’s maximum financial liability for any dispute shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific product or service in question.
